By utilizing our services, you agree to all of the policies listed below;

Groupon & Voucher Policy

We accept Groupons for New customers only or one time a year only!

Groupon packages are sold in a pack of one or a pack of two. Each individual is allowed to use ONE package from Groupon a year. If an individual purchases another one within that same year;

Pack of 1: Individual can use the value of what they paid towards the service and have to pay the difference in price. Pack of 2: Will cover 1 full service.

One per year and a gift one per year as well. It’s important to know that any monetary amount that you paid towards Groupon is always valid to use toward a service, even after Groupon has expired.

Groupon is a third party, Beesugared’s policies trump over any third party seller. For example: If Groupon allows/ advertises that an individual can purchase a voucher more than once that is NOT our Beesugared policy.

All refunds on third party websites such as Groupon cannot be refunded by Beesugared. Individual must reach out to customer service of the specific third party.

Cancellations

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We ask this for scheduling purposes, allowing availability for others to book appointments as needed.

Any cancellation on the same day of the appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Shows

Any no-show appointments are taken seriously and we account all of our clients with a 3 strike rule. After 3 no shows you may no longer pre-book an appointment and are subject to walk-in appointments only. This is out of courtesy for our Skin Care Professionals who will not be able to fill the time missed.

**When scheduling your first appointment or any appointment over a $50 value, we require a valid credit card to hold your appointment. We will not charge any amount or keep this card on file; it is simply as a requirement for any last-minute cancellations or no-show appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please remember that we schedule our appointments in 15-minute intervals; because of this, we will have to reschedule any client that is more than 5 minutes late. We understand life is crazy and throws you curve balls, however please allot sufficient time in the day to arrive to your appointments on time.

“No Funny Business”

We are a professional business and will not allow anything less than a professional environment. Our Skin Care Professionals will provide the upmost respectful and comfortable environment to all of our clients; we ask that our clients provide the same respect and professionalism in return. We have the right to refuse service to anyone we feel has crossed the line during any service provided.

“Time of the Month”

When booking your appointment please be mindful of your menstrual cycles. Our Skin Care Professionals will provide all services during “your time of the month.” Because of this, we do not consider this a valid reason for any last–minute cancellations.

Pre-Natal Clients

First of all, Congratulations! We do want to inform you that if you are in your last trimester (2 months – 8 weeks) of your pregnancy we do require a Doctor’s note permitting that anything on or around the bikini area may be waxed or sugared. The reason we have this policy is because some services may cause overstimulation to the body, which can force a woman into labor.

Touch ups

We offer $25 (women) and $40 (men) “touch up” appointments for those who need a little more attention on those early blooming hairs, within 2 weeks (14 days) of your last appointment.

Redo Appointments

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us as soon as possible. We do have redo appointments that are complimentary to touch up anything our Sugarbee may have missed or may need a little more attention. Redo appointments can only be done 5 days from the date of the “unhappy” service.

BeeSugared Discounts

Student Discount: We provide a 10% discount for all clients who have valid Student ID for all Brazilian and Manzilian sugaring and waxing appointments.

Child Discount: We provide a 30% discount on any service for ages 13 years old and younger. Parents must be present and sign a waiver. We do not service any bikini services on children 15 years old and younger.
